GoogleI recently asked Think to sell my house for me. The service from start to finish was immaculate. All the costings were clear and upfront. Calls and messages were answered really quickly. I especially liked that I had an assigned agent ( Sharon) who I could message directly. Nothing more annoying than being passed to various people and having to explain who you are and what you want numerous times! The photography was what initially attracted me to Think, far and away the best lighting and angles. Strongly recommend them as an agency.

GoogleSTOLE OUR DEPOSIT! They also manipulate Google reviews. Don't rent from them. They took ages for repairs, leaving us with no living conditions for months! The house was rented to us, all yellow of so dirty it was! In the end we got threatened to either lose the deposit or go to court and fight for double amount. They charged us for things they didn't put in the inventory and we added a lot of bad things to it. They'll really take advantage of tenants and won't take care of you, they only care for the landlord.
Firstly I completely refute your comments that we manipulate reviews. This is complete slander and untrue. We are really sorry that you feel this way but there is no physical way we could “ steal your deposit” it is held by a third party the DPS who decide if a claim is fair. On this occasion the DPS had evidence of the property before you moved in and also the damage caused at the end of the tenancy and awarded us the deposit for damages. We would never rent a property that is dirty and homes are cleaned prior to a new tenants moving in. You also viewed the property prior to paying a deposit so where under no allusion of the condition of the property nor did you raise any concerns. After reviewing your tenancy I can see all repairs had been handled in line with your tenancy agreement and in a timely manner. I can also see your account had been closed with no outstanding repairs reported. Our lettings team had done frequent inspections on the property to ensure the property was well maintained. Evidence of damage to the property has been supplied to yourselves showing how the home looked when you moved in and the damage that has been caused which exceed fair wear and tear. We have also supplied all written quotes to fix the damages. We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to deposit claims and feel we have done this by supporting all claims with evidence and quotes.

GoogleI wouldn't use another estate agent. I've bought and sold with THINK and everytime I've found them to be the cheapest around and always reply to my emails and telephone calls. So very professional and make you feel like you're their only client! Solicitors aren't always the best at keeping you in the know but THINK are one step ahead everytime, chasing things up from both sides.Thanks so much for easing my stress and finding me the home I asked for!! GoogleI cannot thank the lettings staff at the Newton branch of think enough! Hannah in particular! Their attentiveness and attention to detail when helping me move into a rental property was amazing! They took a valid and fair inventory and even discussed this with me prior to signing it off. All certificates received and a full explanation of where and how my deposit was to be stored. Any repairs that needed doing were took up I a timely manner and the workmen used were clean and reliable! Thank you again for helping me find an AST whilst I was going through a difficult time! Would highly recommend these guys!

GoogleI first used Think lettings (Earlestown branch) service around 2014 for 3 1/2 years. I recently wanted to rent my property out a second time and had no doubt I wanted to used them again. I didn't consider any other agent as I was so pleased with the service first time round. In fact they were the only estate agent that contacted us again after our initial meeting to see if we had any questions. GoogleI never thought I’d ever be posting publicly about how great a service I received from an estate agent, and that is because Think! are NOT your average estate agent! The whole team were always helpful, never pushy and Sharon McKay in particular was so lovely - none of my stupid questions (and there were a lot of them!) were too much trouble for her. She really took a lot of stress out of the buying process for me and I am delighted with my house. I highly recommend them.
