GoogleRecently moved into a house with my Mum and my Brother under this estate agents. These estate agents have been so helpful and supportive throughout the moving process, buying and selling of the house. I would highly recommend using these estate agents when selling your home. We sold our house through Purplebricks and they did not provide support throughout the whole process particularlywhen we needed it most. I will definitely be using THINK estate agents in the near future, when the time arises

GoogleI have used Think Estate Agents to both purchase a property by at auction and to sell a property by standard sale. Think Estate Agents are at the forefront using latest technology to source buyers efficiently, and my property was sold quickly. The legal process was slow but my contact Sharon McKay kept me updated along the way and did everything she could to keep the process moving as fast as possible. I can recommend Think without hesitation.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend Think Estate agents enough, from start to finish they have been so accommodating especially with me being in a different country throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer, Sharon in particular supported me through the process, chasing for updates on my behalf, answering any questions and queries I had, it’s been a pleasure Sharon, thank you so muchPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTHINK Estate Agents are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. They are attentive, professional, on the ball, and they go over and above. The communication was spot on, especially with Sharon who is a delight to deal with. They were always in touch with me, keeping me informed. I would have no hesitation recommending them. Keep doing what you're doing!

GoogleGreat, hassle-free service with good and prompt communication. We have been using Think since we bought our house in 2015 and have been using them ever since for other services. One of the reasons why we bought with Think originally (and continue to use them) was their open, relaxed and candid approach, and this seems to be iterated by all the people we have worked with here. Many thanks and keep up the good work!

GoogleI've had my property with Think for a few years now. They are really good, always reply to emails straight away, my property is rented all the time. They deal with the tenants and its a totally handsoff investment for me. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable agent.

GoogleThink sold my house at perhaps the busiest time for the housing market. They got me more than I was expecting and have a small team which meant I wasn't always talking to someone who didn't know where things were up to. Sharon sold the house on the first viewing she did and is super kind and easy to speak to. Would use Think again no question.

GoogleThink were great from start to finish. Super fast to get our property live and the quality of the photos and video was really good. Everyone we spoke to was great but Sharon looked after us throughout and was fantastic in keeping us up to date. At stressful times when solicitors weren’t engaging as we’d have hoped Sharon stepped in to take control and have us the reassurance we needed. Would highly recommend!

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of think- I was started in invest in a new area and they made the whole process so much easier, nothing is too much trouble, and I felt I was dealing with honest people who gave genuine advise. They also carefully pick tenants and the process is rigorous but this reassures you they have the landlords best interests at heart. Thank you
