GoogleSelling or buying a house can be really quite a stressful experience. This time however, it has been the easiest and most straight forward process, helped mainly by choosing the right Estate Agent. From first contact I have been treated to a very friendly and informative service from Lincoln and Louise at Jump Pad. They turned up right on time, advertised precisely as requested, listened carefully to all my requirements and they have kept me informed every step of the way. GoogleFantastic Estate Agents, highly positive experience. Not to long ago I was assisted in renting a house by Louise from Jump Pad. I found Louise to be very personable, relaxed and very professional. Jump Pad made the whole experience very clear and controlled - from negotiating moving in dates, rent due dates and works to be completed in the house. Jump Pad were always happy to take my calls for any questions I had and planned meet up's around my schedule. Overall the experience was made very easy for me. It was refreshing to see an estate agents that didn't charge extortionate amounts! Very reasonable rates for and exceptional service!

GoogleI and several members of my family have used Jump Pad to buy & sell properties I recently sold a property with them once I gave the go ahead the photos where taken property marketed and sold all within a week! With us living the other side of the country they carried out all viewings at the property on our behalf, advising us with feedback of any potential buyers and offers. The team were always on hand to answer any questions throughout the sale and to unblock problems when they arose. GoogleTerrible service. Lincoln asks you to complete a form to register interest but then doesn't even bother to get back to you. Should be called Jump-Through-Hoops Estate Agents.

GoogleThe sales process was fully explained at the outset. The presentation of the property in the photos taken was excellent. The Team have supported me through the sales journey. It is also worth saying that, when you phone the phone is always answered promptly and politely.

FacebookI can not recommend jump pad strongly enough , friendly, professional, personal service. Lincoln and Louise took all the pressure out of selling my house and any problems that arose they went over and above to help me out as I was not in the country while the house was for sale. It had been a rental property and was in a bit of a mess, and they sorted trades people out for me for a good price and a good job. If you want a house sold or rented use jump pad, such value for money and fantastic service. All I can say is thank you so much. Lee

GooglePain free sale of house, Louise & Lincoln arranged and attending all the viewings over 3 or 4 days. When the offers came in they explained each party's circumstances so I could make a decision on the offers that suited myself. Attained higher than expected price and viewings, around 30 overall and offer accepted within a week of me first speaking to Louise.
