Louise and all the team at JumpPad have been amazing from start to finish. From contacting Louise for a valuation, she was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about property sales and valuations. She filled me with confidence that she could sell my house with ease and she delivered. Everything was easy and straightforward using online portals to get the ball rolling and within no time, my house was on the market. Ruby was super efficient and accommodating getting the viewings booked in, and as quick as it was on the market, an offer was accepted and we were sold STC. Throughout the whole process Louise and the team at JumpPad kept me updated and informed of any new developments, helping keep up the momentum when faced with unexpected delays. A friendly, thorough, reliable estate agent that you can trust. Jump -pad have recently marketed an apartment in the Newton le Willows area on my behalf. From our first contact, the service provided has been second to none. Jump-pad provided excellent quality photographs of my property, advised upon best methods of marketing and completed a thorough background check of all potential tenants. The property was marketed at the weekend and a suitable tenant was found by Louise, early the following week. Louise has been available to answer questions following the let of the property which has provided me with complete peace of mind. A first class landlord letting experience! Highly recommended! The letting service was absolutely first class. I phoned on the Saturday morning to book an appointment and photographs of my property were taken that same day. By that evening my property was placed on Rightmove. Throughout Sunday, Louise kept me posted on levels of interest and enquiries. By Monday there were ten viewings booked from over twenty enquiries and by Tuesday, I had a tenant! Communication was outstanding throughout, from accompanied viewings to referencing and arranging the gas safety certificate, Jump-Pad have really made their mark in terms of professionalism, value and efficiency. No option for a relative to view on their behalf or even do an online viewing. They do want surety of rental fees with questions on employment etc but then only narrow windows for viewings during peak working hours. Poor work ethic and definitely not considerate of tenant.
