GoogleIf anyone is looking for an estate agent, seriously, look no further. Sold our house in one week. We chose their online service (where you do descriptions and viewings yourself) £395 was a total bargain. I had more contact with Louise and Lincoln in a week than I did when I used a regular service selling my former house. We had four viewings arranged in that time. The fact they are in Newton and the house in Anglesey didn't offer any problems ...hats off to them...one week!

FacebookHave recently used jump pad for renting out my house, after been on the market with two other estate agents for over 3 months. I found them to be extremely professional and efficient. It took 1 week from photographs been taken to tenants moving in. I can not understand the extortionate rates that estate agents charge to provide a less than satisfactory service. Jump pad are very reasonable priced and provide an excellent service. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or rent their property.

Communication has been superb via the on line system, telephone calls and messages. Nothing has been too much trouble. We would highly recommend Jump- Pad.
