GoogleCompletely wasted our time viewing a property which had been presented as a nicely kept, well furnished modern family home. In reality the property had been empty for some time, left in a state of disrepair. All of the carpets were wrecked, marked walls which required maintenance and painting, overgrown garden, there was mould in some rooms, extremely grotty bathrooms etc. The property had been advertised complete differently and we wasted our timing driving from over 40 minutes away. They need to be more transparent to avoid this sort of thing. We were given no information about the property when we viewed it with the estate agent. Terrible experience. We won’t be trusting pictures again

GoogleFraser Reeves have managed a portfolio of property for my family since the the 1990s, They have helped with both acquisitions and with sales. The continued relationship we maintain with all at Fraser Reeves I hope will continue for many years. I would not use anyone else on in Newton Le Willows for rentals and feel they have the monopoly when it comes to the sale of houses in the local area. If your looking for a agent you can talk with to give real un-biased advice I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleWe have recently had dealings with Fraser Reeves whilst purchasing our property and have found all the staff extremely professional, helpful and contactable. We dealt mainly with Sue who was amazing. She was so helpful with everything and always on hand to answer my stupid questions I had. She kept in touch throughout the whole process and kept me informed and updated. I would defiantly recommend them to friends and family and feel they are an assessment to the local community.

From the initial viewing of the property, to the day we received the keys they have been outstanding. I'd like to emphasise on how comfortable myself and my fiancée felt at every touch point and although we dealt with various different people at Fraser Reeves on our buying journey, every one of the team gave the same level of genuine advice, care and attention at all times. GoogleWill outright lie to your face given half a chance. Opportunistic, greedy, dishonest, morally bankrupt - i.e. a great example of the worst stereotype of this profession. AVOID if you have any self respect and value your sanity.

From first contacting Fraser Reeves to collecting the keys on completion, the service received was most impressive. One soon notices how genuine and sincere Sue and her colleagues are. Mike, who in the main, dealt with the purchase is professional, polite and efficient. Communication was excellent, any questions or problems were promptly dealt with.
