GoogleOut of all the professional appointments associated with our purchase, Fraser Reeves were the only ones I enjoyed dealing with. They answer the phone 100% of the time and they go the extra mile to chase things up and get actions completed. Sue in particular was especially helpful and to be honest has become a legend in our new household.

GoogleAwful experience letting out our home, a catalogue of errors on the part of Jack over months, causing a lot of stress. We wanted to let it furnished, they let it unfurnished, resulting in us having to remove all of the furniture and put it in paid storage (during a pandemic, with us trapped overseas). They gave keys to the new tenant without giving us any details about them or consulting us (and after telling us a different set of people were moving in). They told them they could decorate it (all rooms had just been redecorated ready for the new tenants) which they had already started before we had chance to move the furniture out two days later - even though the contract (which we were not provided a copy of) clearly stated that was not permitted. Communication was appalling throughout. When we complained to Jack we were given a 'Sorry you feel that way'. And when we complained to the owners, they said they'd reply soon, they never did. We sold the house through another local agent (again in the pandemic while living overseas) and had the complete opposite experience.

GoogleJust done 2 sales with Fraser Reeves and all I can say is what a wonderful team they are, working hard to sell the property. Taking time to explain the process and taking the extra mile to give a 5 star service. Anything that needed support or doing they fully supported I can not fault any member of the team that all work to a high standard. You get a very pleasant greeting from the start and it does not change all the way through. Highly recommended is an understatement.
