We completed our first purchase last week and can't complain with the service at all. Mike and Sue who dealt with our purchase were our main source of information through the whole process as our solicitor was useless. We never felt uncomfortable asking questions and were always made to feel valued and we knew that any queries we raised would be looked at quickly and properly. Moving is stressful but if we were to look at selling in the future we would definitely go back and see the team at Fraser Reeves.

An excellent service from all at Fraser Reeves. All staff were very friendly and professional, dealing swiftly with any queries. After a few issues with the property sale (outwith our control) Fraser Reeves came up with a suitable arrangement and kept all parties regularly updated until completion. They also put me in touch with the Mortgage Choice which I'd also thoroughly recommend and was very convenient as they share the office. I dealt with Nicola who was very professional and efficient in sorting everything out. All in all Fraser Reeves assisted with a smooth purchase. No complaints at all!

I used Fraser Reeves to sell our family home. Scott who came out to value the property was easy to deal with and discussed the sales process and what they could offer. House value we agreed on was £25k over what another agent on the High Street said to put up for, though when they heard what the probate valuation was they moved on that, still not what Reeves said it was worth. Our buyers made an offer and we met in the middle and achieved a price we were happy with. Sue & Sarah who I spoke to most of the time were very easy to speak and deal with and followed up on anything I asked them to, coming back to me on the same day. The service was professional. Found them slightly unprofessional... After arranging a meeting to view a property I was sent away and told I’d have to wait a couple of hours due to them forgetting to tell the tenant about the viewing. On another occasion after finding a property I liked, I rang up and asked if I could put an offer in. I was told that an offer had been accepted and that they wouldn’t pass my offer on to the seller even though the property had only been on the market for 1 day. According to gov.uk, “Estate agents are also legally obliged to pass on any other offers for the property right up to when contracts are exchanged”.
