GoogleAs first time buyers everything was new to us and we sent several emails over the course of the buying process - looking back some questions were rather silly but Tom always took the time to respond to our queries quickly and put our minds at ease. Helen showed us around the property during our viewing and she was helpful, friendly and professional. Overall our buying experience was a breeze and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Newfield Estates!

GoogleHelen and Tom provided me with a superb bespoke service throughout my property purchase with them. They responded quickly and very helpfully, knew the property inside out and followed progress very well. Their small scale team of two meant that nothing was lost throughout the process; both had their finger on the pulse throughout. This was so strong that I opted to now use Newfield to manage my rental properties and they do an excellent job, marketing the properties and arranging accompanied viewings very well. Their rental management is organised, efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

GoogleI placed an offer . Five days later no reply . Tried phoning ,goes to answer phone ' left messages no reply . I am discussed the way I have been treated by newfield est . Don't use them use a good agent to sell your house . I made two offers and cash offers . And would of made offer of asking price . But lost a good honest buyer . Clowns

Tom showed me the house and explained about the area. He had all the answers and as a first time house buyer i was quite worried but they both were great. I will be spreading the word ! GoogleCan be slow to actually respond to emails/enquiries about a property the managed. Still waiting on a response for them to return my keys for a property they managed for us, 2 chaser emails since February. This did tend to be standard, usually recieved a response after the second or third chase.
