GoogleTom and Helen helped me find my first flat and they were very supportive throughout the whole process and continued to be so during my tenancy. Any issues that cropped up were dealt with quickly and professionally and they made the experience of having my first home so easy and enjoyable :)

GoogleThe thing that stands out is price and availability which is really unique. I found myself texting Tom a lot outside of normal hours which is really unique. He was always available. The house photos were excellent too. My friend recommended Newfield to me and I’m really pleased I chose them for selling my property. I’d really recommend.

GoogleWasted my time and bare faced lied to me. I had a flat view booked this morning and apparently I was the first one booked in and this was the first available appointment. Then when I rang this morning to confirm r time they said they had sold it last Thursday and thought they’d phoned me. Liars. But hey 4 other people were also turned down apparently look on the bright side. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted , being lied to or patronised. Good Afternoon. This was a rental property not a sale property you had a viewing booked in for. When you booked the viewing last week the first available date was today as we had not received keys back from the tenant. We then had the keys handed in earlier so we then rang everyone that was booked in to ask if they wished to move their appointment forward. If you did not recieve this call I am very sorry and I did apologise on the phone. I am not sure why you did not receive the call or message. As I personally made it it I know it was done. There is very very high demand for all of our rental properties at the moment. The property has gone to an NHS nurse who has moved over from India to help support our medical teams in the current climate. There were 4 other individuals who were also nurses who missed out. The current demand we are seeing in the area is unprecendented. I am very sorry you have missed out on this property this time and really hope you find somewehere very soon. Helen.
