GoogleNewfields is a friendly family run business who go up and beyond to help their customers, whether buyer or seller. Very professional and knowledgeable. I suspect Tom must hold the record for the most houses sold on Newton Hall. Fully deserving of the 5 stars given.

GoogleI recently bought my first house through Newfield Estate agents and they have been amazing from start to finish! Being a first time buyer, everything was new to me but Tom, Helen and the Newfield Estate team have made the process feel very easy. Helen showed me around the house, she was very friendly and approachable and answered anything I asked about the property, anything she didn’t know straight away she found out and got back to me very quickly. Tom answered any email queries very promptly, Tom has kept me up to date on everything and the communication from him has been amazing throughout the process. I would highly recommended Newfield Estates and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for all your help!

Good Afternoon. Apologies for the delay in being able to give you an answer about the rental property you are interested in. We have e mailed you to update you.There is huge demand at the moment and for each rental property there are multiple applicants all of equal importance of getting the property. We are also experiencing very high levels of calls and enquiries on sales which is clogging up the phone lines further. All rental property offers are given to the owner and then we have to wait until they approve an application. On this occasion I am sorry you have not been successful and we have e mailed everyone that offered. I hope you find a property and perhaps we will have another come up for rent soon that will be suitable. Helen
