FacebookNot only has Carver Residential bent over backwards in the last few weeks to help my daughters and I find a new home but I’ve also had the absolute pleasure of Lewis Hill. Simply put, Lewis has been unreal. He has made this somewhat daunting and nervy experience, to actually be enjoyable, stress free and ultimately a complete success. His approachable manner, humour, flexibility and honesty, not forgetting some questionable trousers, has made this whole process an absolute breeze. All my thanks go to him. Lewis is proof that going the extra mile and smiling through it, really does make the difference.

We had previously been with another local estate agent for some time but a distinct lack of feedback and follow ups led to a very frustrating first few months on the market. Within days of James visiting and been on the Carver books things were feeling a lot more positive. Vicky from the sales team was very efficient not only in arranging and confirming our viewings but following up on them and always giving us honest, essential feedback. FacebookI would thoroughly recommend Carvers 100% the staff are helpful, friendly and very professional. From the valuation through to the sale of my property they could not of done more, always keeping me informed at each stage, I would receive a call and email confirming viewing appointments and always received feedback after the viewing. They sold my property within 4 months, an excellent service which I would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleWe accepted an offer on our home in January, being told by Carvers that our buyers were a couple of weeks away from completion on their sale. Two weeks turned into 4 months . Finally told to get ready for end of May Completion by Shelley we , packed our house up and then suddenly found ourselves stuck in a chain that no one from Carvers could get to get to the bottom of! Finally a phone call on Tuesday where we were told our buyers had withdrawn their offer for personal reasons. Worst customer service ,no one was managing or driving the sale of our home. Very disappointing, come on Carver's do better and be transparent with your customers!

We were due to view an empty flat in Darlington, the representative from Nick Carvers agency didn’t turn up so I rang the office. The representative rang me back and said he was delayed for another half hour which was inconvenient for us. If I had not contacted the office I am sure we would still have been waiting, we were not offered an apology or the chance to rebook an appointment. Very bad customer service. I certainly would not put my property up with them.

Excellent service I have now used Carvers twice for selling properties, and I am most impressed with the service, professionalism when dealing with them. Communication was speedy when needed. All staff I dealt with were friendly and very approachable. Sonia Walton, who did the appraisal, is lovely and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company.

We sold our house fast and despite the process taking time due to the delays in solicitors Carver’s were great. Val from progression was very professional and continued to keep all parties in communication. Carole from the mortgage bureau was fantastic as always overall we would recommend carvers to all.
Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Brenda William has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $10,500 out of $1000 was a whole lot of profit for me.
