Great communication from the whole team with regular updates and information about how the sale was progressing. The entire team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The valuation and marketing stage was handled very professionally and we felt valued as clients. The sales' negotiating team were extremely proactive in chasing up viewings and corresponding with all relevant parties. In my view they went above and beyond what I had expected and proved invaluable when sorting out completion dates and final stages. Nothing was too much trouble.
