GoogleAs everyone knows moving can be one of the most stressful things you can go through but I can honestly say the whole experience from start to finish with the Newton Aycliffe branch has been nothing short of total professionalism.David Tinker gave the valuation and he is very knowledgeable,friendly and clearly has a passion for his job.The lovely Shelly and Hilary are very dedicated and go above and beyond to help and support you through any situation that might arise.They kept us up to date through the whole process and were quick to respond with any questions we had.The Aycliffe team are amazing and should be very proud of the fantastic job they do!!!

GoogleNot having moved for a number of years, I was in need of a helping hand to guide me through the current procedures. I can certainly say that a steady hand was there to guide me. I have sold my home after being with carver for two weeks and I think this was down to the pricing being right, excellent photos, honest advice carver gave and working well with me and listening to what I felt would sell my home Thank you again and look forward to the completion of our sale 😀

GoogleAfter the death of my grandfather, I decided to sell his property with Carver, as there were no pushy sales pitches or fancy presentations. David Tinkler's experience and knowledge spoke for itself and the team provided me with a very professional, informative and efficient service from start to finish, during what was a very difficult process for me. I would highly recommend Carver and would definitely use them again should I come to sell my own property, thank you!

Hi Dean, thanks for your comments and sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review. Our version differs from yours. We first registered you on 28th June and you were asking for a viewing on one of our properties. We replied to you via email and sent you a pre tenancy questionnaire the same day. We ask all potential tenants to complete this before we book viewings to confirm the property will be suitable for them. From our records this had not been complete. Even if it had been completed, the property you were enquiring about had already had a number of viewings and applications on it which were being considered by the landlord. We emailed you on the 3rd of July to confirm this and said we would let you know if the tenancy did not progress for any reason. We would be delighted to help you on your property search if you would like to let us know the area, type of property and your budget. Regards, James

I would have given them no stars ! , I instructed carvers to sell my house after reading the reviews, this was the worst mistake I had ever made , from accepting an offer the sales negotiator Val C was caught out on numerous occasions deceiving us ! And holding back vital information, she was stalling the sale and our solicitor was baffled as to what was going on, hence no sale !! Be we now have a competent agent and cheaper !

GoogleOver the past 18 years I’ve bought and sold 3 properties through Carver Estate Agents, I’ve found the staff at the Aycliffe branch extremely helpful during the initial sale process and also when arranging viewings for my on going purchase. After sales at the Darlington office have also been fantastic! I would not hesitate to use again !
