Angela, we take our reviews very seriously and we are very disappointed to see a two star review among our many glowing five star reviews. It is a shame that you did not contact us to discuss your points before leaving such negative remarks and directly trying to negatively and callously impact our small business.
We do not agree that we are 'cold' and 'lacking comms' and as you will see from many of our other recent reviews we provide a five star service and work incredibly hard to do so. We take a pride in providing a superb level of customer service to all our clients without exception.

I tried when speaking to you earlier, I was not asked what was said when I explained I was spoken to rudely, and the manager should be informed, for me to get a response saying it will be brought up in tomorrows meeting! How can you take things ‘seriously’ when you don’t even apologise for my experience or asked what happened?
