3 Words. 3 Words that I could use to describe the purchase of my flat through Mo Move Newquay. Trust - This is really vital when making one on the biggest purchases of your life and this is what I got. Mo Move were clear, positive, understanding, approachable and had a wealth of experience which led me to put my trust in them as a business. Communication - People are always on the go with busy lifestyles and I was no different. I received a great service that suited my needs and a tailored communication style, with contact how and when I needed it. Not stuck within the 9 to 5 Monday to Friday office hours. Something so small makes a huge difference. Knowledge - What would I have done without the fantastic knowledge Mo Move has. A few times I was unsure on certain aspects of my purchase but there was no need to worry. I found the service here terrible, I wanted to view a property but when I called I was told to send a email and wait for a reply (which never came). So I sent another email asking for a update to which I was told that my information will be sent to Chris and I will expect a phone call soon. Chris called me and I explained that I wanted to make a viewing in a couple of days and would call back in the morning to arrange a time. I called twice and sent a text message, (no reply). I later find out the property was off the market! At least I could have been informed about this instead of wasting my own time chasing shadows!

I brought my first house just before Xmas which was lovely to be in my new house for Xmas zoe at mo move made the whole process of viewing buying and completing the house sale so simple and easy Mo move was very efficient in replying to emails and phone calls and would never take more than an hour to reply. Mo move helped us through the move giving us all the details we needed and reassuring us that everything was going correctly and how it should.
