Trigg & Co came highly recommended to us by a fellow dog walking aquantance who had sold their home through the estate agency. We arranged for a valuation of our home, and Rhys Burtenshaw Sales Manager visited our us to talk through the market conditions on the island and also tell us about how Trigg & Co operate on our behalf. We liked Rhys's professional approach and felt that we could trust the state agency with our sale. We received frequent updates on viewings from Rhys and the team at Trigg House. Someone was always available 7 days a week, either by phone or email when ever we required information or a response to a query. (Summary - We researched three estate agents and went with Trigg because: They were recommended, they have excellent market presence and market data, and they open 7-days a week and so are easy for potential buyers to access them.)

Many thanks to all the team at Trigg. As a landlord we found them very easy to deal with. This was especially important as we were living off the Island and needed the added assurance that our property was being cared for. They offer" Rent on Time assurance" which we found very beneficial. They found a great reliable tenant. We have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective landlord.

Trigg & Co. did an excellent job of marketing our bungalow. They were all very professional and yet friendly and helpful at all times particularly Mark and Paul who dealt with our sale. Their brochures both online and printed were exceptional, and the quality of their photographs, taken by a professional photographer at no extra costs, were quite frankly the best we have seen in a property brochure. Our home was very well marketed and the end result was that they achieved over £33K more than the valuations quoted by other agents. That amount made a huge difference to the home we were able to purchase. Thank you all at Trigg & Co.

Very big thank you to Simon and Rhys and the rest of the team in assisting me with the move from the Island back to the mainland it had it problems my house sold very quickly and then my buyer lost one of hers in her chain however it has now happily resolved it self.It was a traumatic time for me as I had just lost my gorgeous husband and carer but they helped me deal with everything at his difficult time I also recommended them to another client and that matter has been dealt with satisfactorilyThe M & S vouchers were gratefully received because I recommended themOnce again many thanks Dee White

After living in the same house for 36 years, the thought of moving was a daunting prospect. Having been treated very badly by…

Having been treated very badly by another Estate Agent in Ryde which was part of a much larger organisation we were very cynical and had a very low opinion of the industry. We decided to try again and this time stay local. We had a recommendation for Trigg & Co so we signed up with them. They quickly found a buyer and although there were complications good communication and and a very professional attitude enabled the sale to progress.I feel that a lot of Estate Agents place the details on sites like Rightmove and feel that is enough, but in my opinion Triggs actively sell the property and have a very good understanding of the market and potential purchasers. Unlike the our previous Agent they aways responded to our enquirys promptly and we never had to phone again to get a response.I would not hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend them.Thank you Reece and all the team.

Major Training Required

This estate agent worked very hard to help me achieve a purchase. Had I been selling a house I would have been very pleased with the effort they made, particularly Simon. This would have been a 5 star review except for the very stupid mistake they made right at the end. We bought a deceased estate, On the property information form the executrix stated that they would only be leaving curtains and flooring. I told the agent that i did not mind any small bits left in the garage, as long as it was not rubbish. They then for some reason told the owners that they could leave everything as long as it was in the garage. As a result I was left with 3 wardrobes, chest of draws, 2 beds, sofa plus chairs 2 display cupboards tv stand disabled equipment washing machine fridge freezer microwave, bedside cupboards glass tables etc. Very little fitted in the garage, I arrived with my furniture and was unable to move in. When I rang Paul was quite rude - interest lost after commission paid evidently. I would not use this agent under any circumstances as their staff should not give advice which will end up with their clients in court for Breach of Contract

When me and my girlfriend decided to rent a property, all i could think of, was how difficult it was previously with other estate agents and that i had to go through all of that painful, prolonged experience all over again. But with Trigg & Co it was no such experience. We dealt with a lady called Claire and she made the whole thing nice and easy for us and explained everything with no confusion at all and she was there whenever we needed help. We could not fault the service provided and i will happily recommend Trigg & Co to anyone else i know that is looking to Rent. Simply the best Estate Agents

Simply the best Estate Agents out there. We bought our new property through Trigg and couldn't be happier with the purchase process. Simon was fantastic, keeping us up to date and also just keeping in touch was an added bonus. If only our agents that sold our property were half as good as Simon and Trigg. We had a few issues selling and it was Simon that kept us sane and calm and he was also the one that guided us through the whole process. I cannot thank him enough, I truly believe without him we wouldn't have kept the house we bought as had a lengthy delay on our end selling.If you are going to buy or sell, use Trigg, you won't be disappointed.

Probably the best letting agents on the island!

Trigg and co are currently managing three property's for us.Each time they have found a good tenant very promptly. The team are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the local market, especially Kerry and Claire. We have received an excellent service from the start, and as we don't live on the island, we have complete peace of mind with the fully managed service they offer. The quality of the photography and the marketing is second to none and we would not hesitate in recommending them. Brilliant!

We chose Trigg & Co to sell our property and never looked back! All staff are friendly yet professional and made us feel important. We dealt mainly with Phil and Simon and cannot recommend them highly enough, if they weren't in the office when we called, they got back to us promptly. We felt they went the extra mile to help us. Photographer was brilliant and we were so happy with the marketing. It was our first time selling a property and they guided us through the process by keeping us updated regularly which is great! If we sell again, we won't hesitate to use them and would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Trigg!

Brilliant service

Triggs kept me updated at all stages of the process, the personalised property file is a brilliant idea that allows you to see how many people have looked at your property and requested further details. I am a very impatient person and therefore constantly emailed and phoned to find out what was going on but I was ever made to feel like a nuisance and if the person I needed to speak to wasn't available when I phoned, they soon got back to me. They made the whole selling process very easy and painless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We spoke to a few agents before making our decision, 2 were really friendly and professional and 1 just wanted to talk about himself!Then we met Phil from Trigg & Co...and straight away we felt at ease with his friendly manner. Now, we all know how a lot of people view estate agents, but we can honestly say that from the moment we decided to put our house on the market with Trigg we have nothing but praise for them (and we don't do that very often!)Phil kept us informed every step of the way. Fantastic!

An absolute gem of a company! I was originally drawn to them as they stay open late and one office so you don't have to worry about the fact that you work all day or make sure you are going in to the right branch. We have come across some difficulties along the way but Trigg have always been there to help and have done absolutely everything they were able to in order to keep us happy. I would highly recommend them and I would most definitely use them again. They did it for us!

We went to Triggs after disappointing experiences with other agents.We found them to be helpful and most importantly, honest from the outset.They produced documentation in a timely fashion with no upfront fees. The photographer used was second to none and we felt the photos produced showed our home to its best advantage. We secured a buyer quite quickly and whilst the chain was painful at times, Triggs worked tirelessly to enable us to complete. Would definately recommend Triggs as the best Isle of Wight estate agent!

Personal attention and professionalism is the standard that Trigg & co achieve

I worked for many years in a commercial environment working with many different organisations, and Keith and his team are one of the very best companies I have experienced. Our house purchase was a roller coaster of changes, but we were immediately and considerately informed at every stage of proceedings. When promised something it happened, we had to make several trips to the Isle of Wight, Keith advised us on the best and cheapest transport routes, on the last occasion to save us bringing our car he personally met us, drove us to the solicitors then back to the Fishbourne ferry terminal, how's that for service. They are more interested in the buyer than the seller

In my opinion that the selling of my house was not a smooth transaction. I felt that the property that I was selling was not promoted enough. I did not get the price that I should have as I felt that Trigg was on the side of the buyer and not me as the seller. There were a lot of issues that caused a lot of stress. I felt under a lot of pressure to abide by the buyers, in my opinion, unreasonable requests, via Trigg, which ultimately cost me a lot of money. There were many last minute issues that arose with promises made that weren't kept.... even up to the day of my removal where I was promised the exchange would take place and then didn't. I felt I was not kept in the loop. If I had been told the correct information along the way then a lot of stress would have been avoided.
