GoogleAwful experience as tenant. Landlord referred me to managing agent here who didn’t get in contact for days. Then after speaking with me and hearing my confirms, has accidentally text me instead of the landlord. Saying I am ‘pulling all the rules out’ - referring to the landlord not having a correct HMO license. Unbelievably unprofessional behaviour. Avoid this managing agent - clearly incompetent

GoogleI am giving Paul Foch auctioneers 5 stars because they have been wonderful. They are very efficient, explain everything and are always reachable on the phone or internet. They make everything clear and take away all the hassle of disposing of a property when you do not live near. The whole process went very smoothly and I can highly recommend them.

GoogleSean Roper and Paul Fosh are First class, don't bother with others with Sean and Paul Fosh you get an honest first-class service that's rare these days, I have worked with a lot of estate agents in South Wales and none come close to this Company, I would say in all honesty just don't bother with the others you get the best at Paul Fosh. GoogleFirst time to sell at auction and would definitely recommend, Excellent customer service from Gemma and Heidi. The whole process was simple and stress free, this way of selling is transparent and fair and avoids uncertainty whilst achieving market value. It would be nice if all property and land transactions were done in this way.
