GoogleI have just sold my house through Paul Fosh Auctions and found dealing with Gemma Quinn and Sean Roper a very pleasant experience. I have a few problems (life and Army) and can be a little flaky at times. They did not get fazed and treated me with great courtesy and understanding. I was kept informed every step of the way and if I had questions they were answered promptly. I was not given false promises or hopes but told what I could realistically expect. These realistic expectations were exceeded and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. Recommended.

GoogleHad a problem with my boiler - no hot water or heating, really good communication from Paul Fosh lettings, and all sorted on the same day. Edited - issues declared during inspection not actioned, and paperwork just left in a tray until I chased up repair (leaking tap) a week later, tap was broken and immediately 'made safe' when plumber arrived, he also advised that water bill may be high due to leaking for a week.

GoogleI have sold a couple of houses via Paul Fosh Auctions in the past at physical auction sites, and was very pleased with those results. This is the first time I have used their on-line auction. The onboarding process is straightforward. Sean and Gemma guided me through the process in a friendly but professional manner with regular updates and answers to my queries. The on-line catalogue is fantastic, especially the 3D walk-through and dolls-house view of the properties. For the buyers it saves time that would be wasted visiting properties that turn out to be unsuitable. Potential buyers can download the legal pack beforehand so they are fully informed before they start bidding. As I was abroad, being able to watch the bidding on-line was a real boon. I was very pleased with the sale, I received a good price. All in all - a very satisfied seller. If you want to sell a house at auction I would definitely recommend Paul Fosh Auctions.

GoogleI have both bought & sold through Paul Fosh Auctions & I can honestly say I have had so much fun. The adrenaline & buzz it gave me was like Christmas, not knowing what you have until the last second & I not only got what I wanted, I got more than I expected. ( from both the auction and the staff ). A Special thank you goes to Sean Roper for staying in touch with me & also for giving me advice when I needed it throughout the whole process and being very professional. The girls in the office where so on the case when it comes to the paperwork, it always goes so smoothly. They all have a lot of time to explain things as you go along & treated me like I was their only client ( I loved it ) Paul Fosh should know, he not only has staff working for him, he has super staff & the only thing missing from them is capes. I can’t wait to get back online and get back in the game. Once again thank you guys

GoogleCalled 5 times, left message after a message. The automated answer phone states they would be back in the office tuesday september 1st after bank holiday monday. Tried and tried to get hold of them about a property, week later .... nothing! If youre thinking of selling with this company, do your research. Thanks for your response, i left a message yesterday and one friday and calle d before and left no message as your phone recording was a few days out. It was about a lot in Llanfairfechan, lot 79. Its too late now to view the property as bidding has started thus we cant get in on this place and have lost the chance to bid on it .

GoogleIve used these auctioneers buying and selling properties over the last 15 years, the service you get is always first class. Theyre all very friendly, always helpful and very understanding of the property market. Whenever i have visited the office, ive always felt welcomed and at ease. Ryan just sold a property recently for me, no matter what time i messaged or phoned him even when it was out of hours, he was always on point keeping me updated and giving me the best advice, superb. Also sean who ive dealt with many times, both are great guys and are experts at their field. Then theres sian in the office to paul fosh himself, a great outfit and its very satisfying to see how well the company has grown over the years to what it is today and how successful. All thats left to say is...if you really are thinking of selling or buying a house at auction, there really is no other quite like these, i highly recommended contacting paul fosh auctions, wales’ number one auctioneers. Keep up the great work everyone and thanks for all your hard work!

GoogleI had a very good experience with Paul Fosh auctions. From the very beginning they were polite and friendly. It was so easy to put my property on the market. They did slash the price a lot but only if I was happy with that. Their emails were very useful and regular which I appreciate. I did ask for guidance after the auction was over which I didn’t get. But then it all fit into place and was very quick to completion. They should allow for questions throughout the process as I was a beginner and didn’t have a clue how the auction process works!
