FacebookWe were long term renters, just finished a very difficult tenancy and bought our first house, and Merriebank have surpassed all our expectations from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to help us at every turn, treating us like human beings rather than just tenants, never making us feel like a hindrance for calling or emailing, even when the emails were mounting up (with good reason) and generally being very good people. After around 10 years of renting they are by far the best agents we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

FacebookWow what a service!! Sophie was fantastic in helping my daughter with the electric company so we could sort key meter ! Dean was a star throughout the process ! But the icing on the cake was the fact they called to see if she had settled in ok and all appliances were working and operational ! Oh and they assisted with the storage heaters as not something ive used before !! The service is unbeatable ! Well done , keep it up and we look forward to working with you as a company οΏ½

FacebookWould recommend this estate agent to anyone! The whole team is so helpful, so professional and sort things as quickly as possible. We went to look at another house and Sophie recommend the house we are now in to us and let us view it twice in the evening after she finished work to help us. They get back to emails and messages straight away, and do the best for the landlord and tenant. We are very pleased with the house and the whole service we have received! They keep you right up to speed with any developments, they have any information readily available and are just a general pleasure to to have dealings with. I would absolutely recommend Merribank if you are looking to rent or a landlord who needs their property managed. Top class!

GoogleAs a lessee, my encounter with Merriebank has been exceedingly distressing. Throughout various apartment inspections, their assessment of the premises has been inconsistent, demanding that I clean areas concealed behind and beneath immovable cupboards. Subsequently, despite investing a substantial sum in professional cleaning services upon vacating the apartment, the condition of the flat failed to align with their standards. Rest assured, I shall abstain from engaging with any properties under the management of Merriebank in the future.

GoogleRecently I have rented a property through merriebank lettings and I csn honestly say they are very warm and welcoming aswell as understanding. Their communication is amazing. They are very fast at responding to emails and if you need anything they are allways there to help. I reccomend them 100%

GoogleI have used Merriebank for several years and I have been delighted with their excellent service. They have always found me the right people for my property, often at very short notice which has saved the day for me. Their charges are far more fair and reasonable than other agents I have dealt with. When issues have arisen with customers, Merriebank have stepped in and resolved things to everyone's satisfaction. I have recommended Merriebank to other property owners who have also been pleased with their service. I remain a big fan - Merriebank always go the extra mile.

GoogleHaving moved into one of their rental properties, I have had very professional service all thru the process. Nothing is too much trouble, and someone is always available should there be a problem. On any occasion I have had to see anyone, from the initial viewing, thru to any inspection they have always adhered to all the COVID rules that have been put in place for everyone's safety. They have always been very friendly and made me feel no problem is too big to ask them about. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

GoogleI have one property, which Merriebank have managed for me over the last few years. I live on the mainland and have found their service gives me peace of mind, knowing that any issues with the property are sorted promptly and at a very reasonable price. They have found me a number of new tenants, and I feel confident they have been properly checked. I have have always been kept informed when tenant changes were needed or there has been any maintenance issues to resolve. Their charges are fair and reasonable and I would recommend Merriebank to other property owners.
