GoogleWe were long term renters, just finished a very difficult tenancy and bought our first house, and Merriebank have surpassed all our expectations from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to help us at every turn, treating us like human beings rather than just tenants, never making us feel like a hindrance for calling or emailing, even when the emails were mounting up (with good reason) and generally being very good people. After around 10 years of renting they are by far the best agents we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

Googlewhen looking to rent a property after moving out of home, I came across Merriebank Lettings Facebook page and found an ideal 1 bedroom flat In Ventnor and viewed it a few days later! Fell in love with it and Dean Sophie and Nicky was very professional and they helped me throughout everything and kept me updated on all the process and very professional with this And when I needed help with issues with the property, they were speedy and efficient with getting people round to sort the problems out upon Inspections they were very friendly and nothing was never much trouble at all for any of them I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again if I was going to move again! 5 stars guys ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

GoogleCan't recommend Dean enough (and luckily for me a friend recommended him to me) I had to move back to Australia so needed to rent out my house. He took care of everything (photos, inventory, advertising, various gas/electric certificates etc) and made sure I had good tenants. Whats great is that I don't have to think about it, as know my little house is in good hands. Also the tenants are happy which is important to me. Thank you Dean!

Dean was incredibly helpful in organising a flat for my daughter and her boyfriend and gaining permission for her pets and her Ability Dog to be with them. He is very friendly and helpful. He responds very quickly to any requests for information or to problems that arise. We’ve had less dealings with Sophie but she has been speedy in dealing with a recent request. A family team who really care about their tenants and work hard to ensure everything is just right for them. Thank you 😊

FacebookOne of the best and most fair letting agents on the island. I’ve been searching for a property for a while now and just as we were giving up hope, we found one with Merriebank. The referencing is new and all online which is super easy. They were non-discriminating when it comes to young children and benefits. Exceptional service and outstanding and kind staff.
