I would like to highly recommend Oakmont property, and specifically Dan. He is a very noble, professional, and kind gentleman. Whenever I needed him, he has been always there and would come personally to solve any issue, even if not related to his company directly. He would respond even on weekends (but please, I am not advising to do that, let him have a break :D). The whole team is very helpful, and the letting process was really smooth and straightforward. They are a really good example of how estate agencies should be.

I’d highly recommend Dan, who consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire selling process. His communication was outstanding, reliable, clear, and proactive at every stage. Even when delays and issues arose with the buyers’ solicitors, he never let things stall. He kept following up, pushing for progress, and making sure our interests were always protected. We would highly recommend Oakmont Property Consultants. Dan exceeded expectations and was available via Email, Telephone and WhatsApp (our preferred choice). His team produced high quality photos of our house and it was marketed on all the major sites. The first family to view made a very good offer and we accepted . Unfortunately the sale did not go ahead but Dan was there to support us and he found another interested family within a couple of days. We have now moved to our forever home and are very happy. We have used well known Estate agents before but Dan and his Team provided the best service we have ever received.

Daniel was amazing from initial meeting through to exchange and completion. He knew the market area and secured several asking price offers on our property within the first couple of days on the market!! I have had the pleasure of working with Dan twice now, first when I purchased a property 4 years ago and again this week when I completed both a sale and purchase through him. Dan has been incredibly communicative, helpful and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Having dealt with Daniel several times over the years, I can reliably recommend both him and the service he provides. He is a personal agent unlike most of the other companies in the local area, meaning you get a much more personal touch, no passing of files across once sales are agreed or legals are happening, he is always available and is a consistent presence throughout the process, getting in front of any problems that arise and making sure our interests are looked after above all else. He was great at keeping the chain posted (when several others definitely were not!!!) and staying on top of the solicitors too. What could have been a very lengthy, drawn out and horrific experience, was managed and handled by Daniel to be the complete opposite. Couldn't recommend him highly enough

My first contact with Merriebank Lettings was in October 2024 when I phoned to arrange a viewing for a property. I was promptly given an appointment. The young lady was very helpful and friendly. Following the viewing on the Friday, I completed an application form which I submitted the same day. Within four days Merriebank had received references and offered me the flat. Having rented several times before, I have never experienced such excellent service. They really are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend using Merriebank Lettings. Merriebank letting were good yearsxago when I was a tenant with them but I must say their service has declined somewhat. There have been a couple of occasions that I have contacted them on 2 different matters yet there responses were not very helpful. I even asked them if they coukd take my details and contact me if any properties come available yet I am still waiting to hear from then 3 months later. I get the feeling that if your face fits then merriebank will help. If you have hadcredit problems previoysly through no fault of your own you have no chance.
