We do ensure that all of our tenants view properties before they decide to proceed so that they can see the condition of a property and its furnishings before choosing to proceed with the property. Regardless of this, I know that we have arranged additional works for you and arranged dates for contractors to attend. If you do not make us aware of contractors not completing works, there is, unfortunately, no way for us to know if you are unhappy.
In order for us to be able to effectively manage the property, we do rely on you as a tenant to inform us of issues and provide feedback following appointments. Following your email today we have asked the contractor to attend and resolve the issue for you

Rent increases and proposed deposit deductions are initiated by the landlord, we simply arrange the required paperwork and inform you accordingly; we do not own the property and have no say in regards to these matters.
In regards to the rental error, this was an error on our system and we did notify you but apologies if you do not feel like our response was sufficient.
