GoogleI rang them to book a viewing to rent a property, they took all my details and told me they arw going to ring me once they are staring doing viewings. Next day when I rang the office they said that the property is no longer available as they received an application already. I asked the lady why they didn't ring me as promised and she didn't say anything. Not professional, I do not recommend!NegativeProfessionalism

All the staff were very helpful, kind, understanding and kept us up to date at all times. The whole process was made so easy, I cannot fault them at all. Highly recommended. GoogleThe First time I’ve used let’s move and I can not fault a single thing! Not only did the process go through quickly and smoothly I was always kept in the loop on what was happening and even with covid everything was safe and done online which makes everything easier . Definitely the estate agents to use in Newport 100% I will be using them again.

Denise in particular was very attentive, regularly checked in and very passionate about helping customers find their perfect home.
