Since the first email with Craig it was evident he had excellent experience in the industry and knowledge of the area. As a landlord with previous endless problems letting out my properties I had lost confidence in letting managements. Thankfully I made the right choice trusting in the lets move team because they have assisted me every step of the way. They are extremely communicative keeping me informed at each stage of the process & really tailoring their services to me as a client. Living abroad I need people I can trust and that's 100% Craig, Liz, Neil & the team. Last point is how quickly they work, they found me a page full of prospective new tenants within days of putting it on the market, they work hard, are professional, reliable and super supportive.

I have moved into my student property today and I can say I'm thoroughly pleased with lets move. I was having some troubles with sorting my gas and electricity for the property and everyone at lets move was very welcoming and went out of their way to help me sort the issue. Left us without heating for 3 months of winter. Only made the repairs after repeatedly contacting them. Have also had contractors let into our property with no 24 hour notice as legally obliged and no warning until they were found in a bedroom. No apologies given, no action taken. Will not be using them again as they seem to have no care about their tenants.

We only have good words to say about our experience with Let’s Move. Especially with Liz who was super friendly, available all the time to any enquiries we had and understood completely what we were looking for and delivered that!!! We are also very thankful to Craig and Amanda for their availability even in out of office hours and the gentleman in property management ( I forget his name at the moment) who was helpful and polite to any questions we posed.
