FacebookHad rent a property from let’s move in Newport, lived there during pandemic. Once moving I had to pay a deposit as everyone does of £865.00, when moved everything was back to original colour ( we only painted two walls in the whole house), they have now said they are taking the whole deposit off us due to: Some skirting skirting and some radiators having dust on them. Small marks around door handles (which are easy to wipe off) Small marks on the front door at the front which the paint have started to peel General wear and tear marks on walls As happens over the years Missing light bulbs which have blown (4 to be exact) charging us £44. For that as fitting cost too. Missing blinds in the house which there was only one blind in the house which is still there and proof of it, Missing lamp shades and curtains which are all in a box when leaving the property the same as when moved in. Be VERY CAREFUL WHEN LEAVING YOUR PROPERTY and wanting your deposit back. We had all the carpets cleaned and all walls repainted professionally, had the oven and hun cleaned and yet they are still trying to swindle out deposit to NOT PAY BACK. They are trying to charge us £250 for someone to come in and clean some radiators and skirtings. ITS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE and I will be taking further. Please bare in mind when leaving property who ever rents with these as they scam for anything!

Wendy who managed the property and supported with any concerns I had and also carried out the inspections was always very kind, professional and helpful. It was a pleasure to be a tenant with Let’s Move. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have used Lets Move for several years and have found them to be thoroughly competent and professional in every aspect of their work. From finding a tenant, to managing on a day-to-day basis, and supervising repairs and redecoration, I simply could not wish for a more efficient service. They are also personally very approachable and happy to offer advice or discuss any aspect of their work. Thoroughly recommended.

Google7 weeks and still no deposit return! We vacated a property on 9th March having paid out money to get property cleaned prior to moving out. It is now 24th April and we are still no nearer getting our deposit returned to us. This company try to make each tenant use expensive cleaning services after moving out, they recommend the company to booster Lets Move's money that they make per case. Just another case where the tenant loses out financially for no reason whatsoever. If the property is cleaned why should it matter what cleaning company you use??? Very poor indeed especially at this time where people need money more than ever, we need the deposit back to help support our family due to lack of income and Lets Move drag it out to try and make us pay more money even though they have already re-let the property! AVOID!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
