GoogleUnfortunately we had to cancel a property viewing on Monday due to my partner being rushed into A&E for a life-threatening condition. Whilst we understand Estate Agents listen to "daily excuses" on why things cannot be achieved, as a business owner myself, you act professional and understanding of each individual accordingly. Unfortunately the gentleman receiving the call just seemed annoyed and dismissive when I tried to explain my situation, then said "ok" and hung up on me! Previously everyone I've spoken to have gone "the extra mile" to assist but this is disappointing to see that an Estate Agents who once seemed revolutionary in the local market is now stuck in a prehistoric version of how Estate Agents used to be in times gone by. Sad times Morris Armitage!

GoogleWhat can i say ....Debi was absolutely amazing on a sale that i was dealing with on behalf of a client. Nothing was too much trouble and as we were not local to the client, anything that was required urgently, Debi obtained and posted. Thank you and hope to work with you again in the future :-)

Fantastic service from start to finish! It was a long journey for us but Karen @ Morris Armitage Downham Market was an absolute star! She kept us updated throughout the whole process. I rented in Cambridge through Morris Armitage in 2 separate properties across around 4 years. They were incredibly professional, and it was a pleasure interacting with both Nathaniel and Rachel from MA, who always sorted us out as soon as we got in touch if anything was ever wrong. They were friendly, professional, and I haven't got a single complaint about how they handled it all - easily the best experience with an estate agent I have had, as I have been renting for over 10 years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using them. They even went so far as to stand up to the landlord on our behalf when the landlord was being unreasonable. It's been a genuine pleasure - many thanks!

During the whole stressful process of selling our house, Nick Plumb has been accessible, helpful, professional and amicable. His involvement throughout was so helpful as we knew we could rely on him to do what he said he was going to do. This enabled us not to feel isolated during the process as our conveyancer was so bad at communication. I highly recommend selling through Morris Armitage, Burwell.
