Finally completed on the sale of a retirement flat as executor to my mother’s will after 3 years on the market (2 of those with Morris Armitage). The staff at MA have been amazing throughout this long process (particularly Vicky). They have been friendly, helpful and kind, giving exceptional advice where needed and doing their utmost to help sell the flat. Communication has been second to none with immediate texts, emails and phone calls informing about viewings and the outcomes. When I have emailed about anything I have always had very quick replies. When I have popped into the office I have always been greeted by friendly faces and helpful conversations. I will certainly return to MA if/when I need to sell my own house in the future. Huge thanks to everyone there.

Best experience ever

Best experience ever! This was my first time buying a house and despite of all the bad experience my friends had with their agency, my experience was amazing! Constant responses, helped with everything, answered all of my random questions. Debs was updating me at every turn. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Frankie and his Team at Morris Armitage for the wonderful professionalism, care and support shown to us since we contacted them a few weeks ago about renting a property in Downham Market. Frankie has been the epitome of the highest level of customer care you could ever want to experience. He went over and above to help us find the right place to rent. Nothing has been too much trouble and he takes a real pride in his job which shines through from beginning to end. It is such a relief knowing he will be there for us 24/7 if ever we need anything once we move in. I’ve never had this level of care and support from any other Estate Agents I’ve had dealings with in the past.

We used MA for both buying our new house and selling our old one. Debi was amazing from start to finish through valuing our then property and buying our current one. The process after offer was not straight forward, however through no fault of Debi or MA and they were excellent throughout the whole time. Our agent Debi has been informative supportive and friendly. Even in the face of a great deal of frustration lower down the chain. Above all she was patient and good humoured throughout the process. We bought our house that was up for sale through Morris Armitage. The guy who showed us the property was so uninterested and seemed annoyed when I shared my opinions about the house to my husband. I look at houses for sale in our area all the time and the Morris ones are always over priced. I can literally pick out the houses for sale by Morris that will sit for ages and I'm always right. Pretty telling when a non professional can gauge house prices better than the realtor. This was a couple of years ago now fyi. I just get annoyed by there blatant over priced houses.

Morris Armitage have been fantastic dealing with our house purchase and sale. Mark was professional in helping us to find our new property, and gave us good advice to get our then current house on the market, gaining us a buyer within a week. Vicky and Debi were then superb in helping us through what turned out to be a very stressful sale. They kept us well informed at all stages and were a great help interpreting what solicitors were asking for. They were also excellent at reassuring our vendors about the situation, meaning our purchase didn't fall through. Overall we couldn't recommend them enough. They were professional, friendly and genuinely cared about our situation. We don't plan plan to move again soon, but they would be the first place we'd go if we were.
