The Pimlico office of Jackson-Stops sold my house. It was a very difficult market but they got a good price and I was very happy with the service. GoogleYet another estate agent taking advantage of a tenants deposit. The house had professional cleaners come in before we left. Jackson Stops are saying the house requires another deep clean again at a cost of £200. Shocking. Avoid using them.

Be careful when engaging WA14 office. Seriously let down by the dog eat dog way of operating so went with competitors who are strait talkers and provide fair advice.

If it were possible to rate the Teddington office with a minus 1, then this is what we would give. What started with an excellent user experience and pleasant staff, ended up with us being double crossed after paying a deposit and us losing the property that we were promised.Would not place any trust in this organisation. Pleasant staff but c**p and old fashioned management.

Poor negotiators, more for buyers than sellers as only after the commission which is high. Placed a family barn on the market & they won with high value then drop 7% after a year not selling then another 3% for good measure, whilst issuing buyer demands for un needed repairs etc-still unsold and the owner, my widow stressed. Avoid.
