Hunting for a suitable property in central Chichester proved challenging but after a number of disappointing searches, Jackson Stops recognised the challenge and instantly produced the star property! Andrew Richardson listened to our request, showed us a property 30 minutes later, and we were immediately bowled over. 4 months later we are happily installed. Splendid service from Andrew, ably assisted by Phil in the Chichester office, helped us through the process most professionally and with charm.

GoogleThe absolute worst housing agency I've ever dealt with. I was with them for two years and I'd rather gouge my left eye out than ever rent through them again. Especially don't use them if you're military. They really abuse the fact that you have to pay them.

The Jackson Stops team have been brilliant thus far, whether that is physical viewings or over the phone comms. They are polite, courteous and enthusiastic, and are very helpful - no matter the question. Oscar at the Weybridge branch has been particularly excellent. We have been dealing with a huge number of agents whilst looking for a new home and to be honest, the majority of them were not particularly helpful or appear to care that much at all. So when it came to working with James and Ria, it was an enormous relief. I could not recommend Jackson Stops in Barnstaple more highly. I must have made about 50 phone calls and sent over 100 e mails over a 6 month period - and every single time, nothing was a problem, every issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care and attention. A fantastic service in every way for which will will be ever grateful.
