GoogleWe have recently purchased a property in Exning that was marketed by David Burr. Despise complications from us, due to problems with our own sale, everything with our purchase went very smoothly thanks to Luke and the team. All our enquiries were promptly and efficiently answered and the service was completely professional.

They are friendly, supportive and professional and led the sale of our property brilliantly from start to finish. GoogleI enquired via rightmove about getting property details and set up a viewing for renting a bungalow on monday and recieved a phone call to give more details and told they would be passed on to the person dealing with the rental. Followed this up with a email on the thursday to get a reply saying they will be in contact. Now on saturday i go back on rightmove to find it has a let agreed by it. Not once have i been contacted to set up a viewing or to be told there no longer available. I have just been totally ignored all week. Very disappointed.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Our records suggest that we spoke with you on the phone, had emailed you twice and tried calling a further two times so please rest assured that you were not ignored. I believe our Branch Manager Luke has since emailed you to further explain. I understand that being unsuccessful to secure the property is disappointing, however sadly when a property has such a high-demand, the outcome is often out of our hands. My wife and I personally arrange 100+ mortgages each year and have dealt with every type of estate agent under the sun - and can confidently say Luke is the most professional and helpful of them all. A difficult negotiation which no doubt wouldn't have succeeded without him, I would recommend without hesitation.

GoogleFrom start to finish the team have been very helpful and professional . We originally had what would have been a very quick and easy sale which unfortunately fell through. That turned in to a very long list of viewings which they were very happy to carry out resulting in sale which has just completed. We have been very happy with the service offered by Luke, Olly and Chloe and would gladly recommend to anyone who needs an agent.
