GoogleMy experience selling my home with Nick, Ollie and the team at David Burr was exceptional. They made the process very straightforward with regular updates and went the extra mile at the eleventh hour to ensure we could complete as expected. I do not plan on selling my forever home, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to work with David Burr again.

GoogleAmazing service! They really went above and beyond. Ollie was so considerate and understanding of mum's Alzheimer's and the difficulties that this brought to the process. I am not in the UK and he helped me with so many aspects that I couldn't do from a distance. I couldn't recommend more!

I have just completed selling a property using them and Nick Plumb especially was very prompt, efficient and helpful throughout the sale and really understood the local market and his help and guidance was invaluable. GoogleWe sold our house through David Burr last month and they were brilliant. They really understand the local market well, and are very friendly, prompt and efficient to deal with. Providing a good service seems to come naturally to them. I was impressed by the amount of communication they had with the chain behind the scenes, gently but firmly nudging everyone on. Ollie Trent and Nick Mills stood out - although everyone in the office pulls together as a team so the experience is seamless no matter who you speak to. Pragmatic and innovative, they were creative and keen to solve problems. It was always enjoyable to deal with them. I'd absolutely recommend David Burr in Newmarket if you are looking to sell your house in the area.
