We used the Letchworth branch of Cinch - what great service and super helpful, friendly staff they have. We got a good value deal to start and the rents were very reasonable after that too. Facilities are clean, easy to access and well maintained. Some rivals could learn a bit from the customer service this company provides - high recommend them.

I used Cinch storage for the first time to temporarily store furniture. I found the staff to be extremely, helpful, knowledgable. I was impressed by the flexibility provided by this facility ( for instance I needed more storage space than first thought, so a bigger storage unit was provided straight away). The staff offered advice and answered all the questions I had. The price for storage was very reasonable, and I would have no hesitation in using this storage facility again. Thank you.
