I have been using the storage facility for a while at Letchworth now and am always impressed by the service given. The staff are very welcoming, and were very knowledgeable when advising on the storage available and suitable according to my requirements. I found the prices to be very reasonable and am always impressed by how clean and well presented the reception area is. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and cwnter

I wanted to get some storage for overflow stuff I couldn’t store at home. Drew took the time to show me around understand the size I would need and showing me the prices of three options. The store was clean and inviting especially compared to other storage stores in newbury. Professional, helpful, great customer service will recommend to anyone wanting storage.

Great customer service.

Made some cost enquiries about potential short term unit rental at Cinch Enfield. Fatima couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ll certainly be back when I need the unit. Thanks!

Really convenient

From the start it was a very easy system to use. Very convenient to where we live, the office staff were very helpful especially when I lost my keys and had no problem cutting off the old lock. That's for everything.

Always great service

Always great service from the people at Cinch Storage in Bicester. We have had a number of units with them and they are always professional in their approach. They have also at times suggested when other units become available to try to save us money which is refreshing these days.

Cinch Storage - Leighton Buzzard

Cinch Storage - Leighton BuzzardAn exceptional service from the outset. Jason (Site Manager) can not do enough to ensure the customer is provided a professional service from discussing your requirements, to when you start using the storage facility and beyond.Facilities themselves are clean and well maintained throughout.

Cinch...Storage without the Faff!

I have been using Cinch for over 5 years. Great people always helpful and always with a smile. Really easy to access and the peace of mind it’s secure and safe. There are many storage companies to choose from but I chose Cinch as apart from all the above they offer great value for money too. And as I said without the faff!

Disappointed that they reduced the hours the unit is available to me and kept the prices the same and then even asked for more money to get the same service. A really good example on how not to mange customer communications
