Most reviews have been by vendors, but I can say that as purchaser, I would also commend Cheffins Newmarket for their professionalism, proactivity and support of the process. Kristie was my main contact and even when under pressure, I appreciated the straightforward and constructive approach to getting the matter resolved so we could all achieve the desired sale. They were also very helpful in supporting visits from contractors and I consistently felt that both the vendor and I were treated as human beings. Would definitely be happy buying through Cheffins again, should I be in a position to do so.

Thank you to the Cheffins Saffron Walden team for their assistance in selling our family home following the death of my father. They provided a probate valuation and gave constructive advice on preparing the property for sale. The sales team were attentive and responsive without being pushy and secured a reasonable offer quite quickly despite the time of year. They held keys and organised and accompanied viewings and surveys in my absence. I was treated with courtesy and respect at all times and I always felt that they had my best interests at heart. The post sale service was excellent too. I would recommend them unreservedly and would use them again.
