We found Cheffins and especially Rhia…

We found Cheffins and especially Rhia to be excellent. We accepted an offer on our house in less than 1 week and despite the some challenges of an old barn/thatched roof we have just exchanged in 10 weeks. Rhia was so polite, calm and professional and really did do a superb job. Even prior to our sale we viewed some houses who were selling with Cheffins. They were always helpful and willing to let us look round the properties even though we didn't even have our house of the market yet (unlike a very well known estate agent that wouldn't let us even view their houses until we had a offer on our house). Really a great team and we are very impressed with the service they provided.

Exceptional Personal Service

Thank you to Cheffins Saffron Walden and in particular Rhia Archard who for 5 months has worked tirelessly to get the complex sale of my property over the line. On many occasions I was ready to throw the towel in as the sale seemed to be going nowhere, but thanks to Rhia's calm and empathetic negotiation skills, plus her determination to keep pushing for closure ensured the sale finally went through today. We have just moved into a rental property through Cheffins and I have to say it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Lauren, Teresa and Ellie are super efficient, helpful, polite and friendly. Any questions were answered fully and quickly (within minutes at times), There was full support throughout the entire vetting and referencing process. We have moved in this weekend and there are a couple of small maintanace issues that we have reported and these have been actioned immediately. I honestly can't recommend the lettings team at Cheffins enough and hopefully this review goes some way to thanking them for all they have done to make our home move simple and straightforward.

My experience with this company, especially Cheffins Haverhill has been very good if not great. Its been one year with them after i assumed occupation on one of the property under their administration. Having just started renting a property through Cheffins they have been amazing with helping us find the property for me and my partner.
