Our experience with Charles Church...

Our experience with Charles Church has so far been outstanding.. From our 1st visit to the sales office/show home to our current (small) snagging list resolutions. Everyone at CC has been excellent to deal with and so ask is too small or too large. We part-exchanged with CC and again that was a smooth and simple process. We were even granted a 7 day permit to remain in our previous property to allow time for carpets/flooring etc to be done before we actually moved. This revealed alot of stress and pressure on our actual moving day and meant we could move at our own pace rather than that of our incoming buyer for example. We would 100% recommend CC especially the team (pre and post sale) at Woodhorn Grange.Keep up the great work :)

Haven’t moved into the house yet but I’ve been very happy with the service provided thus far. Tiana especially has been excellent, sometimes carrying our son throughout demos and viewings etc. Big shout out to Kerry at HQ too for without her we may not have got the sale done.Let’s hope the house is as good as the service now :-) From the Craig’s

My honest Charles church review - We had previously been new build…

We had previously been new build customers of 7 years so when we decided to buy a bigger house we wanted another new build. We found Charles church. The house ticked all our boxes and we fell in love with the house and the area. We first visited the sales office in feb 2023 and was dealt with by Judith. The service we received was excellent always there to answer questions and always there to keep the sale moving and pushing solicitors as when required. Every new house has its teething problems and everything has been dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The only downside to our new house I feel needs mentioning is our plot and many like us have an attached garage to our neighbours garage and only one have been given electric to it. It’s causing many issues amongst residents as we can’t buy an electric car if we want one. The work it would entail to now have electric put in is not worth the headache this may require a future move which we thought our new home would be our forever home. Overall we love our new home,lovely quiet development and our children are very happy. Charles church have been excellent and would highly recommend.

Really good experience. First off, we’ve been in the house for a week and have found the finish, material quality and fit to be of a really high standard - but that’s kind of what was expected and we weren’t disappointed.What’s really made the experience stand out is the team - Jodie, Debbie and Connor are amazing.They’re super accommodating and flexible during the purchase process and transparent on dates, which helps with planning etc Now that we’ve moved in though, they’re all over the handful of little things that’s not 100%, there really weren’t many, but Connor can’t do more to ensure it’s just right.Highly recommended.

Festival park, Norwich, Charles Church

We had a great experience buying with Charles Church in Festival Park Easton, Norwich.We done a part exchange - we were offered a fair market value for the property we part exchanged, the whole process was very smooth and quite simple to be honest. We had a lot of support from the sales advisor, Briana, she was very helpful and supportive during whole process, from the reservation process, to the exchange, to choosing the finishing touches until completion, she was very helpful and made things easier. We moved in on 28th of June, we had a few very minor snags, as you would expect in a new house but they all got resolved in a few weeks, both site managers, Julian and Joe,were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get everything resolved to our satisfaction. Really can't fault them, we're very happy so far.

Good quality house and staff.

We recently moved into a new house at the Festival Park estate at Easton, with the process driven by the excellent Briana, who guided us through it. Nothing was ever too much trouble to her, and with many options available involved with the purchase, her experience and guidance was invaluable to us in making choices.I was surprised that no software was available to record our selections and options, and produce a final printout, as Briana had to write everything down. I would have thought a programme would be running with dropdown menus etc, to produce a final costs balance, particularly in this technical age. Overall, we are very pleased by the house, with just a few minor issues that were quickly cleared down by site managers Joe and Julian and their team, who make themselves available should we have any queries. We did not have a stair rail initially fitted as a stairlift was needed to be fitted first. When it was, the team built a custom stair rail to fit around the stair lift, so thanks to the carpenter and Dane for the excellent work on that. We have to mention Briana again, as to us, she deserves a medal. As well as the very excellent service provided in the house purchase, she went far beyond any remit in a personal way. In summery on the last visit before we moved in, our car had a mechanical failure and needed to be recovered to a franchised dealer for repair As we lived at Watton, we had a problem to get home. This was well now past Briana’s normal close of work time, but brushing aside the alternatives, without hesitation Briana offered, and did, drive us home in her own time, and car, some 15 miles away. Outstanding.

No recommend to buy Charlies Church

No recommend to buy Persimmon Home.Charlies Church is another band name of their group. Service quality will be the same.I bought a house from Charles Church two and a half years ago, At the beginning, the staff always change and the issues not kept in the system and miss follow-up. I should repeat the issues and chase the case. At the 2nd year of my warranty, whatever issue reported, they just tried to avoid the responsibility, you can hear so many rediculous excuse. Their upper management are even worse. I am so exhausted to duel with them in the pass two year. After two years warranty, they refuse to follow up the cases reported within the warranty period. Finally, the only thing you can do is to ask for help from NHBC, you have no choice.

We have recently moved into Festival Park in Norwich and found the process of buying a new build exciting. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Briana throughout the sales process and the ease of booking an appointment to view the house during the build stage or select our fittings in the home such as the kitchen, tiles, etc. since moving in we have been pleased with the service provided by the site team who are prompt in coming to resolve any snags and are committed to ensuring that the work completed is done to a high standard.
