He was professional at all times and wasn't "smarmy and slippery" like some other estate agents.He is 100% genuine and I can not recommend his services highly enough.

This is a belated review - regarding a house that sold 6 years ago. Anne Leius was the realtor for my mom. She was very pleasant and she helped get top dollar for this property. Houses in that area were becoming pricey, but we were not expecting that for this property since it was not gutted and renovated like so many in this area seemed to have been. My mom's house was beautiful but did need some work and updating. And it did go over asking.I have been fortunate to have had good realtors to deal with and Anne Leius certainly A1. I would recommend her to a friend.

GoogleJulie Tuckey of The Good Estate agent was recommended by a colleague. Quite simply, she did everything effectively and efficiently. I was able to contact her any day of the week and could discuss the slightest query. She always made the very best of our house for viewings and was sympathetic to fitting them into our schedule. I have recommended Julie Tuckey to friends who have since gone on the market and would not hesitate in using them again. Would highly recommend them. Fantastic service.

Google***Julie Tuckey *** Julie has been excellent from the word GO! I was not sure about the concept of an agent where I could not pop into the office and see them if I had a problem however that reservation was quickly put to bed on my first meeting with Julie!! She picks up her phone and responds to e-mails late at night and early in the Mornings at the times where you think about the issues you might have and want a response she’s there! Dealing with a person who’s passion it is to deliver a better estate agency service experience is so refreshing!! So if you thinking of selling she’s your lady she’s on the case and everything is sorted very quickly! If you thinking of buying and like me not sure as you feel you have nowhere to go If you have a problem your in safe hands! Thank you Julie I love my new home!! :)

Karla Divine was my agent while looking for a floating home in the Portland area. This is a different kind of market, with lots of issues and problems that are unusual. Karla was great in guiding me through the tunnel. She knows this market and always had the knowledge or knew where to get it. And she always was tuned into what I was looking for, and didn't try to oversell me on expensive properties. And in the end, when the seller was killing me, she helped negotiate a way out and I was saved. Overall a great agent.

Richard Kent from The Good Estate Agent provides an excellent service. I felt like I was a priority at all times when it came to selling my property. I’ve used estate agents in the past that you never hear from but Richard was in constant communication with myself and our buyer. It felt like nothing was any trouble. Everything ran really smoothly from going on the market to sale. I’m really happy with the level of service received and would recommend Richard Kent, Soham, Cambridgeshire to anyone if you want an easy, efficient and honest service.

As a buyer I had lots of questions and so did my solicitor. Julie was able to obtain all the necessary information quickly, enabling the purchase to take place within a short time. A great company and great Agency! I have rented from the Good over a year ago i am in my 2nd year with them, any problems i have they get sorted right away. I have dealt with Elliott and Donna most of the time, they have been great and so have the other staff i have spoken to. Julie Tuckey has set a new standard in estate agency. Understanding our needs better than we did, Julie found us our perfect home. Julie then proceeded to market our property, using a professional photographer at no cost to us, she showed our home in its best light. Julie showed prospective buyers round and gave us useful feedback following each viewing. Julie found our buyer in a few short weeks and from then on she managed our sale and ongoing purchase. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. We had hiccups as all house sales do, but honestly without Julie there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Now we’re in our dream home and Julie was instrumental in making that happen.

I usedthe Good Esstate Agents as they were local to the property I was selling. Tracey and her team were friendly and very professional. They kept regular contact with me, which meant I did not have to chase them at all. Tracey herself was excellent at processing the sale. Nothing was to much trouble, great advice on other third party services, which I used. All in all I would highly recommend using their services to anyone.

I had seen a rental property I liked with the good estate agent. I was then accepted to go ahead with the property. I was rushed into handing my notice in to my current landlord and was assured everything would be fine. I had disclosed all information and my monthly income. I was told everything looked good and I even had a guarantor who earned 30x the rent. I never at any point kept anything from them. I then got told my credit score is low but there was nothing concerning on it. The next day I was told credit score is low and we don’t know what you could be hiding?? I was then declined the property and having a guarantor was not enough. I had to retract my notice to my current landlord, who has now increased my rent another £100. I will never hand my notice in again until all checks are done. Shame on you the good estate agent for rushing me and telling me everything will be fine and then declining me.By the way my name is not Rebecca it’s Rachael and I understand the need to reference all tenants, but what is not standard is telling unchecked potential tenants to hand their notice in before any checks are done!In response to their reply, I am fully in agreement with the good estate agent that all potential tenants are referenced no matter what their circumstances. I think that is great, but what they fail to point out is they made me hand my notice into my current landlord and told me everything would be fine, even before the checks were carried out. I have now had to retract my notice and consequently my rent has now been increased another £100 because of this. I will never use the good estate agent again.
We are sorry that you have been unsuccessful in securing this particular property, as explained on our recent phone conversation, every tenant, no matter what their circumstances, or what they disclose about their situation, must be fully referenced and pass a number of criteria, this is relatively standard across the letting industry. Ultimately, the final decision lies with the landlord of the property. We do wish you the best of luck in your future property search
