Paul Long worked very hard to get this sale to exchange despite the best efforts of one of the legal entities! In a chain of 3, with us at the top not buying onwards, this should have been so simple. GoogleThe house that I purchased was through the Good Estate Agent. Chris and I were in contact on a weekly basis throughout the duration of the house purchase. Chris was keen, knowledgable, and helped outside the remit of what I would expect of an estate agent. I recommend using The Good Estate Agent and Chris.

Hi Josey, sorry you had a bad experience. Our head office line is answered by automated software to ensure you are directed the right telephone number and get in contact with the right local agent for you. This is the first complaint we have had about it as it has massively improved the efficiency of our team and therefore the customer experience. Previously if we couldn’t answer a call it went to voicemail. Unfortunately it’s impossible for a small company like ours to staff to answer every call. Mark the estate agent has been extremely helpful, being in the middle of all negotiations between us and the seller. After competing on the property, Mark went out of his way to help us with any inquiries we had.

Contacted The Good Estate Agents about a house that was recently put on the market for rent. Was sent a text saying that viewings were already booked in for a certain day, and that if it didn’t go we would be informed. We weren’t even offered a viewing for the property, and our details weren’t even taken.Enquired about registering our details with them and didn’t even get a response. This is the first estate agents that have displayed pretty poor communication, so we will be avoiding them in future.

I booked a viewing appointment online for a Wednesday on the day before, I had a phone call from the agent saying they couldn't do that day, the next available day was the following Monday evening, they must be very busy.I had a conformation email but for a Sunday booking, i went online and changed it to the original Monday booking, i received an automated reply telling me to wait for a confirmation, no such conformation arrived or any other communication.As a buyer not good service at all, if i was the seller i would be furious.I am a seasoned property investor and have dealings with lots of different agents and I appreciate things can change but this has put me off this company from a buyer and seller perspective.
Hi Molly, Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. We try to make things easy by allowing you to request a viewing online. Most of the time this works well but there are limits and we have to check with multiple parties including the owner before confirming. In this case we had to reschedule and can only apologies for the inconvenience.

Disappointed to say the least, after viewing a property I was told by “Gerald” I would be receiving the registration forms to fill in by 4.30pm that day , I text the company and Gerald and they had no decency to contact me back to even at least let me know that they wouldn’t be sending me the forms or that I’d been unsuccessful … so unfortunately for me it’s “the not so good estate agent”
