GoogleWe have just bought a lovely property in Newhaven through South Coast Residential. Liz Waller managed the sale and was always friendly and professional. At one stage there was a worrying delay in achieving the signing of a deed, and when I explained this to her she was extremely helpful in moving things along with the seller and solicitors. The whole team were excellent and I would recommend them.

And of course for all your efforts in trying to communicate with all solicitors to get us constant updates. We were the first to view the property and the last as not only was it a beautiful home but she sold it perfectly to us. Had so much to tell us about the property. They seem to just get things done with no fuss or bureaucracy that can come with dealing with other agents which is refreshing, I've found their charges and requests all very reasonable too. GoogleWe can highly recommend this company. From the first meeting with Ben until the exchange of contracts overseen by Liz we have been very impressed. Once a buyer had been found ( within two weeks) Liz managed the whole process, liaising with solicitors, managing agents and the buyer, keeping us updated at all times. The communication was first rate.
