Amazing service! Liz was absolutely fantastic helping us to sell my fathers flat. Always felt like she was on it chasing everyone that needed chasing. We had the flat on the market with a different estate agent for 5 months with no luck and only two viewings, then decided to change and we got loads of viewings straight away and offers on the flat within a month or so of being with south coast. Overall, our experience with South Coast Residential Agent was positive. We worked with Tom throughout the process and found he was both responsive, proactive and quick to deal with any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to keep the process moving swiftly. Having been looking for a house to rent unsuccessfully for two months he made the stress of getting a house very easy Having dealt with multiple estate agents over 2 months, the South Coast Residential Agent is certainly one of the better ones. We have been in the house for 3 weeks now and it's awesome and comfortable.

Both my partner and I have no words to express how grateful and happy we have been with all services provided by the wonderful team at Southcoast Residental. It may sound superficial but initial impression through their modern and incredibly well established premises meant a lot to us. It showed they take care in how they presents themselves . But their work? It is simply outstanding! Every single member of the team goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. Communication is excellent. Their attention to detail in chasing paperwork, provide alternatives and making us part of the process has been faultless! Liz has been incredible! We felt she really cares about her job and truly cannot fault her. Amazing human being and excellent professional. Currently at 9 months pregnant, I was expecting finding a property and the moving process to be quite stressful and daunting. However, Tom at the agency really made the experience as stress free as possible by providing great communication and customer service through-out the process. I was always kept updated and Tom was excellent in keeping in contact with me and keeping me in the loop with everything, which I think is so important when applying for a new home through an agency- as no one likes the feeling of being forgotten about or neglected during an important and potentially stressful time! My sister and i searched for Accomodation for way over 2 months, at a point we got really fraustated because we were searching from a distance and we got turned down most of the time for no good reason even though we had all the requirements. The moment we contacted south coast residential, the whole experience became different, these guys are professional and very welcoming.
