GoogleTotally incompetent. Expensive. Attention to insignificant and irrelevant items. After expensive and long lasting drain problems the problems still exist. Takes forever to get reaction to problem items concerning property. Also have given false information to relevant authorities. Avoid.

Hi Ron Whilst freedom of speech is noted I think that your review is unfair and spiteful for a number of reasons, some of which I will list; 1. This property is a Victorian House converted into flats. Despite carrying out works to the drainage system and sending letters explaining the drains are still of a Victorian style, residents including yourself, continue to put unsuitable waste down the system. It would not matter what works are completed, if residents continue to put items down the drain which are not normal waste. 2. From review of the files we have reacted to every issue promptly, however as discussed at the 2019 AGM, the funds in the budget have historically been far too low which restricts our ability to get things repaired. 3. The basis of your comments seem to be around expenses. It was agreed by yourself and your fellow directors to put the budget up to allow for a reserve fund to build and for my firm to get the required repairs completed. 4. I am not sure what you mean by’ have given false information to relevant authorities’ but from a review all regulatory reform paperwork is in place so I cannot understand this comment. Finally I see your profile has been given the tag ‘Local guide’ therefore I have reported your comments to Google as they are in breach of its fair usage policy and your status as ‘Local guide’ Charles Cox Ltd

GoogleThis is the worst property management company I've ever had dealings with avoid all costs The owner was very rude to my wife until she pointed out points of law to him any calm down a bit because he realised he was wrong and for someone in his business should have already known these facts. Avoid at all costs.
