We've been with Charles Cox for over 6 months now and they've been great. There have been some serious issues to sort out such as a roof flooding into the building and Kirsty who looks after our building has been super helpful in resolving everything quickly and to a high standard. Very pleased to have them as our building management company.

Terrible management company. Only communication once a year is an invoice for things (gardening etc) that haven't been done. They then send rude emails / letters plus fines for asking about items on the invoice. Stay clear!
