Do not use Zeta Homes! They do not properly maintain their homes and show little motivation to facilitate repairs leaving tenants with serious issues in their homes such as dodgy plumbing that is now causing leaks into neighbours homes. Existing tenants and their affected neighbours have been trying to get this serious issue fixed for many months.

YellAVOID ZETA HOMES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!
They will happily leave families with small children with dangerous disrepairs that risk their safety and impact their wellbeing at home. Existing tenants have been trying to get important repairs for months now and Zeta Homes refuse to take action. The council has had to issue an enforcement notice because they still haven’t fixed the issues.

Hernan Perraza we have just checked our tenants database and discovered that we have never done business with you. If you were employed to discredit our company i will advise you to repent and stop doing that. If you are a friend or family to a tenant advise them to call our office and we can get issues sorted. Apart from that we cannot identify you as a client of ours.

I would very strongly advise people to avoid Zeta homes property management. Families with small children have been ignored when attempting to get Zeta homes to fix dangerous disrepairs, and have been left waiting for months. Unless you wish to pay for leaks and plumbing issues, AVOID ZETA HOMES!

*0 STARS! AVOID ZETA HOMES! They will leave you living with serious disrepairs for many months. Existing tenants have been trying to get important repairs and have had to go to the council to ask for an enforcement notice because they still haven’t fixed the issues.

Stay away from Zeta Homes! They are the worst. They will have you living in squalor with broken plumbing and mould. They don’t maintain their housing. Existing tenants are suffering and Zeta is doing nothing.
