GoogleUse this company at your own risk, HOWEVER highly wouldn’t recommend. Known to be very unorganised, agents don’t know what they are doing and have to contact their “manager” on every occasion….not to mention, the manager it’s very unorganised and unreliable himself. Moving into one of there properties has caused me nothing but stress. Agents are very rude and careless……HIGHLY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND.
This tenant still lives in our property and has not moved out, if she wasn't happy she should have gone.

GoogleI would very strongly advise people to avoid Zeta homes property management. Families with small children have been ignored when attempting to get Zeta homes to fix dangerous disrepairs, and have been left waiting for months. Unless you wish to pay for leaks and plumbing issues, AVOID ZETA HOMES!

Google*0 STARS! AVOID ZETA HOMES! They will leave you living with serious disrepairs for many months. Existing tenants have been trying to get important repairs and have had to go to the council to ask for an enforcement notice because they still haven’t fixed the issues.

Googlestay away from zeta homes the manager Anthony Olawole Olakampo has extreme attitude problems when it came to me trying to resolve properly issues I have been experiencing always became overly aggressive when I highlighted issues with basic property maintenance
A Barbers we have just checked our tenants database and discovered that we have never done business with you. If you were employed to discredit our company i will advise you to repent and stop doing that. If you are a friend or family to a tenant advise them to call our office and we can get issues sorted. Apart from that we cannot identify you as a client of ours. We are aware of some people using this to discredit others. STOP THE SCAM.

GoogleVery good customer service. No complications for renting. Arranged all paperwork in record time, without too many complications. Whenever theres something to be fixed, they respond very quickly. I cannot complain. Fully recommended!

YellNo respect for tenants and their homes
Zeta Homes do not respect their tenants and think it is fine to leave families living in inadequate and unsafe homes. They are very happy to raise the rent but will then claim there is no money for repairs. . Like many landlords and estate agents they try to do everything on the cheap and then complain that they have wasted their money.

Do not use Zeta Homes! They do not properly maintain their homes and show little motivation to facilitate repairs leaving tenants with serious issues in their homes such as dodgy plumbing that is now causing leaks into neighbours homes. Existing tenants and their affected neighbours have been trying to get this serious issue fixed for many months.
