TrustpilotUnexpected phonecall
Although I approached VM to sell my property I chose another agent. While that agent was still trying to sell my property VM remembered me when a client asked for a property like mine. I was very impressed and happy to be able to sell my property.
Even on the rental side, the staff were on the ball, calling or emailing me to keep me updated. Not only will I use VM in the future but I will tell friends and family about them based on my satisfactory experience. They obviously work well together. May it continue.

TrustpilotGood Service
The person in the estate agent I was dealing with always kept me up to date when there were issues with the sale of my flat. They also also continously chased the solicitors of both sides to ensure things went as smooth as possible.

TrustpilotWithout doubt, a five-star service.
I cannot rate Victor Michael and the team highly enough. They have been diligent, responsive, professional, and supported us from the moment we asked to view the property up to completion. I have been kept up to date almost on a weekly basis and happy that we are completing in a few days. Mahe and Wendy deserve special mention for their professionalism and support and did everything to make sure we complete as early as possible.

Kash and George have been a great help finding us a new home. After we had spent months waiting for another house to progress and then fall through with a different agent we went into Victor Michael Leytonstone and they got us straight in for a viewing. We have gone from first viewing to completion in around 8 weeks. Honest advice and constant communication from them made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.

TrustpilotEfficient and friendly atmosphere
Our letting agent Corina helped us a lot to satisfy our request, always with the patient that a costumer need in a stressful period as a moving. Really proactive on the paperwork and focus aswell on the job that we had to do by ourselves, like call the council or report something to our bank. In a future I'll ask for sure advice to Victor Michael and expecially to Her. Simone & Debora
