They offer the best service. It was Jennifer who attended to me all the time, gave me all the support, clarified all my doubts, and was very quick to rent our new home. My family is new here in London, and we didn't know anything about how to rent a house, and Jennifer gave us all the support from the first visit to the Flat until signing the contracts and handing over the keys. Just thanks to this agency.

GoogleDuring the current tough situation with the property market. Jay Jethwa at Victor Michael was incredible and a very switched on professional estate agent and knows the market very well and gave practical and sage advice. I then decided to rent rather than sell. Their lettings department (Abu Choudhary) was just as professional and knowledgeable about lettings. Previous estate agents I have used have been lacking in both customer service and professionalism. I cannot recommend them enoughPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe first put our flat on the market with another estate agent because they supposedly had more experience in the Canning Town area, but during that time we didn't even get one offer! We then decided to go with Victor Michael and our agent was Jay Jethwa; he was so confident that he would sell our flat that despite the previous negative experience and the not favourable market we were convinced too! Jay definitely lived up to his promise since he sold our flat for the asking price! And the experience was exceptional throughout, incredibly friendly, always willing to help, he helped us even when the solicitors weren't doing a great job. If you are looking for a fantastic estate agent I cannot recommend enough Jay at Victor Michael.

GoogleI normally don’t give feedback but the experience I have had with Jay Jethwa as my sales agent has been Exceptional!!. He is professional, straightforward with what he says, gives sound advice, has been understanding with the experience I have been going through and honestly helped me out in ways I wouldn’t expect an agent would do, like moving furniture around, consideration of plan b if plan a doesn't workout. The complete sale experience has been quick, smooth and hassle free. Something he said at the beginning of our meet, which I didn’t believe of course. But how wrong was I. I seriously don’t think I will experience another agent like him. No kidding. Gutted where I will buy next he won’t be able to help me. Many thanks again Jay.

There are estate agents and estate agents. And then there is Victor Michaels ! And then there is Abu who I had the fortune to deal with. On the ball, market knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, 100 percent reliable and truthful. He delivered to me what he promised and in record time. And I understand that our successful Tenant applicants felt the same way about Abu's professionalism. Everyone Happy and good deserved repeat biz for Victor Michael.

It is unusual these days to find a company where the service is of such high quality. I used the company to find new tenants for a property and to recommend builders, carpet and furniture suppliers. The service was fast, quick responses to emails, texts or phone calls and any issue that arose was quickly dealt with to my complete satisfaction. The advice was sound regarding new tenants and the photos and catalogue of the property were excellent. A very good rent was obtained and I would recommend Victor Michael without any hesitation.

Recently we sold our flat and bought a new one under the guidance of Victor Michael. After poor and disappointing experiences with different estate agencies we were not expecting anything different. We were wrong. Lisa Venton and Jay Jethwa turned out to be our guardian angels. Supportive, understanding, patient throughout, both Lisa and Jay provided a professional service that made the process really straightforward from beginning to the end even during the most challenging moments of the negotiations by going the extra mile and beyond. We were made to feel important, cared and above all never ever left to ourselves a single day. Lisa and Jay managed to deal with our vendor, our buyers and our solicitor brilliantly keeping us informed at every step of the process. I cannot see how they could have done more to help us. Compared to the typical high street competitors They definitely make a difference.

It was a difficult time to sell property but Victor Michael preserved and found us a cash buyer. They liaised with all parties and kept us fully informed with regular updates. Special mention needs to be made of Piyush and Jay in the Stratford office. They were so helpful, kind and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They always responded to messages left for them very promptly and always did what they said they would do.The service we received could not have been bettered. If we ever have another property to sell in the area we would not hesitate to use them straight away. Very, very pleased.

I first came across Victor Michael when they helped me with buying my first property. After having such a smooth experience with them, they were the first estate agent I turned to when it was time for me to rent my own property as I was due to move abroad. I have not had to worry about much at all since living abroad and Victor Michael have taken care of everything in the background, I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, rent or lease their property.
