Having used some other prop mgmt agents in the past, Kilmers are by far the best in London. I'm based overseas and Kilmers have always been very punctual with their reports and prompt with the payment of rents. More importantly, they manage my properties very diligently and the tenants are also happy (which is important to me)

Poor service, at the end of tenancy they just don't want to return your deposit and they will give all the non sense reasons...stay away from this ageny if you are a tenant

Hi Rohit, We are disappointed to see that you have given us 1 star as you had a smooth tenancy with us. We believe that we have acted promptly during your tenancy. When it came to returning your deposit, we only use the information which is provided to us by the independent third-party inventory company to be fair to tenants & landlords. This is to provide protection for both the tenant and landlord as the inventory company has no vested interest in the process. The claims made against your deposit are fair and is pretty clear that were are liable. We also came to a mutual agreement which you had accepted in the end.

Having been a tenant for 9 months, I find it always pleasant to communicate with Kilmer's. Khalid, Oya, Sabir, Jawad, and many other members in this team are always professional and warm-hearted. They always answer my questions and deal with repair requests promptly. I am surely open to renew the contract if possible and continue to write the story!

I have been a tenant with Kilmers for 1 years. It's a really good agency. The Kilmers' agents response email really quick and report any maintenance issues can find the right person to fix it . For me, Kilmers is doing a good job for tenant.

I’ve been almost 3 years with this agency and I can say that I never had such a good experience in london until now. Every time I had a problem it was sorted the next day. The team was always friendly and polite.

From where to Start. I went for a viewing on the wesgate apartments 2 months before the moving date. Seen that on the outside there was a building just being finished on the right and a barrier 2 metres from my window(ground floor to communal Gardens). Ask the agent about it and if it was quiet in here, etc, the normal to make sure I would get the right location. The answer was that nothing happens it is quiet, the building wont make noise because its done .. when I've moved seen that the barriers were closer to my window and they had just started to re-do the all communal garden( basically machines digging the floor drilling, mentioning that would be a 6 week job which i believe have started mid/end of march(today is the 29 of August they are no where near the end...) from 8am right next to your head. brought this to the agent attention and to move us somewhere around as they misled the costumer. The answer was that out of a few costumers on the ground floor you are the only one complaining. uau, what an answer from a professional. To finish. Don't trust this people as they are only driven to make money on their own benefit. Ps- found out that the noise wont stop until 2025 as there is plans to build in front of us as well a car park that will go down right next to us and will be replaced by a new building. Imagine if wouldnt be quiet to live here.

It's unbelievable that the legal authorities are permitting this company to engage in such practices. They are actively deceiving individuals and resorting to unauthorized entry into people's homes using administrative keys, without the tenants' consent. It is strongly advised to steer clear of these disrespectful individuals.

The team are very professional and always very prompt with their responses to internal issues or even external issues if necessary. They give guidance and support. All home issues are always resolved on time without hesitation. As an Estate Agent they are in the top rank with no hesitation, would definitely recommend them!

Very professional team. The communication is spot on. They managed our property for a year and were super quick over emails. Never faced any issue in resolving any problem during tenancy. horrible company, people are rude and irrespectful. they will just enter your flats with the management key without your consent. never use them, their service is very unprofessional and the staffs are very rude and unfriendly. i will stay away from them.
