I've lived in London for 13 years and have never had such a positive experience with an estate agent. Terrible experience with them, worst agent ever used -Took forever to repair things. Had a broken fridge for more than a month non working WiFi because of flat connection issues that requires their permission to repair for almost two month. Scaffolding work for a month and half. Conducted viewing without our permission and entering the flat without notice. Sends repair orders with little due diligence so extremely expensive for landlords to hire their service as well -Trying to charge us for everything and threaten to take our deposit without even checking. Claiming that they always win the check in report but it seems that from the comments below you don’t always win… we had a fair use of the apartment. -we hired a renowned cleaning services with guarantee of 48h, which is more expensive than the option they offered. They were initially not happy to notify them to do the cleaning in case there was anything they were not happy about. And was -Khalid is extremely rude and shouts while speaking. I understand he may have hearing problems but he is not addressing prospective tenants with the same volume and keeps shouting despite letting him know that his volume is high. Doesn’t allow other to speak. Not very use to dealing with people that yells.

So disappointed with them. Had a 1 bedroom flat rented through them. The flat was disgusting but since it was urgent we took it. Then the amount of plus charges they have added is out of this world. Such a cheap flat and they have charged hefty money from us so that we dont get the refund. Would never suggest this to anyone.

The management and staff, without exception, are responsive, attentive, efficient and courteous. As a landlord living overseas, I have never once had to worry about my property, or my tenants, being looked after.
