Bunch of scammers never rent through this , they will take some of your deposit away and they misled us into renting a faulty flat

Hi Ricardo, we are sorry you feel this way, however we think it is unfair to call us scammers. We are a reputable and compliant business and have no interest in taking your money. All deposits are held with The deposit protection service for the landlord and tenants security. We use an independent inventory company for the check in and check out to ensure that there is no bias. We are simply following a fair process. We do not mislead any of our tenants into faulty flats. The flat was given in an exceptionally good condition. Also the tenants are shown the flats before they decide to take it on. Anything that happens after the tenant moves in is out of control. We have been very quick and helpful throughout your whole tenancy and are sad to see your review. Nevertheless we wish you all the best!

this company run by a whole brunch of cowboys, they are rude and impolite and always theaterning you with additional charging. rent a place with them before for a year caused me a lot of issues. stay away from them.

Shockingly unprofessional! They delivered the flat very dirty and left most of the issues in my property unresolved throughout the tenancy. At the end of the contract they even increased the rent so I decided to move out. One of the guys used came into my flat for viewings without notice and without my consent. Very disrespectful and rude.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The staff are insensitive and unable to do anything other than quote 'standard protocol' even when it is completely irrational. No flat is worth having to deal with this companyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
